Kennedy spent three seasons with the Padres from 2013-15, averaging a 4.16 career ERA. He was a solid contributor to the Friars, starting 73 games in San Diego. Kennedy transitioned from a consistent starter to a reliever beginning in 2019. He will end his career on top after winning a World Series with the Texas Rangers.
