Former Los Angeles Angels left-handed pitcher Kolton Ingram was been out-righted to the minors by the San Francisco Giants on Wednesday, per MLB transactions. A former 37th-round pick, Ingram signed a minor league contract with the Angels in Jan. 2021. 7/03/24 | Two-time Tigers lefty claimed by sixth team since February. DETROIT -- The waiver-wire carousel of two-time Detroit Tigers pitcher Kolton Ingram keeps spinning. He joined his sixth organization since February when the San Francisco Giants claimed him off waivers this week . Ingram, a 27-year-old Georgia native, was drafted by the Tigers in the 37th round in 2019. He was released in 2020 and signed a minor-league deal with the Los Angeles Angels, eventually making his big-league debut last season. The Tigers claimed Ingram off waivers from the Angels on Feb. 5. He lasted only 15 days on the roster before the Tigers said goodbye for a second time when the New York Mets claimed Ingram off waivers from the Tigers on Feb. 25 .
