LOS ANGELES — The Dodgers added Alex Vesia, Brusdar Graterol and Miguel Rojas to their World Series roster. But they also dropped Evan Phillips from the roster. Phillips has said he was experiencing a “dead arm” feeling during the National League Championship Series. After pitching one inning in Game 6 of the National League Championship Series, Phillips was expected to go back out for a second inning but did not. Also left off the roster were right-hander Edgardo Henriquez and outfielder Kevin Kiermaier.
