11/10/24 Los Angeles Dodgers Top 10 Prospects For 2025 Fantasy Baseball. 1. C OF Dalton Rushing | 24 | AAA | 2025 I started this list thinking it might be impossible for any of these guys to crack baseball’s best lineup this season, but there’s a non-zero chance Rushing winds up an opening day outfielder in Los Angeles. They’ll certainly bring in a veteran or two, but his primary competition today would be Andy Pages and James Outman. A left-handed hitter at 6’1” 220 lbs, Rushing hit 26 home runs in 114 games across Double and Triple-A last season, slashing .271/.385/.512 on the strength of his trademark patience at the plate.

9/23/24 Andy Pages Helping Solve Dodgers' Need Against Left-Handed Pitching. “It's pretty remarkable,” manager Dave Roberts said of Pages' hot hitting against southpaws. The Dodgers entered Tuesday with a 120 wRC+ against left-handed pitching this season, which is tied with the Philadelphia Phillies for the best mark in baseball.

9/12/24 Andy Pages In 'Much Better Mind Frame' Since Returning To Dodgers. Although he returned with an uncertain role, the 23-year-old received more playing time in the wake of Teoscar Hernández's left foot injury. Pages started in left field on Saturday against the Cleveland Guardians and hit a home run as part of the Dodgers' six-run first inning. The outfielder was back in the starting lineup on Sunday and had a pinch-hit opportunity against the Chicago Cubs the following day as well. Manager Dave Roberts noted that Pages seems to be handling himself better in his second stint with the Dodgers.

7/28/24 [Last Word on Sports] - Four Players That Fit The Dodgers. The Major League Baseball Trade Deadline is four days away, and the Los Angeles Dodgers are linked to some big names. But are they the best fits? Here are four players they should consider. Four Players That Fit in L.A. Andy Pages is manning center field for the Dodgers. He was called up in April to add some much-needed pop to the lineup. He got off to a hot start. However, Pages has cooled off since the beginning of June, and his defense is a work in progress. Mookie Betts could be an option, but he looks like a mainstay in the infield when he returns from the injured list. Will the Dodgers trust an untested rookie at one of the most premium defensive positions in the playoffs? If the answer is "no," Here are two options. Brent Rooker (OF) Although not traditionally a centerfielder, Oakland Athletics would make all the normal defensive plays expected of him and would be a major upgrade with the bat. Rooker's Wins Above Replacement is at 3.6, while Pages' W.A.R is .4. Rooker also has 25 home runs and a Batting Average of .288. Both are higher than Pages' .246 and B.A. and eight homers. Athletics' brass are reluctant to part with Rooker, but the Dodgers have a deep farm system. Whether it would be enough to entice Oakland remains to be seen. Luis Robert Jr. (OF) The Dodgers have been linked to the White Sox center fielder for a while. He is a huge upgrade defensively. He had 38 home runs last year and has a team-friendly contract. The Dodgers have James Outman, but he has a high strike-out rate, and Jason Hayward is injury-prone. Robert is coming off the I.L. with a hip flexor strain. If he can stay healthy, he could be a reliable force in October and the years to come. Jack Flaherty (SP) The Dodgers received reinforcements off the I.L., in Clayton Kershaw and Tyler Glasnow, but it remains to be seen how durable they will be going forward. They also hope that Walker Buehler and Yoshinobu Yamamoto will return to form, but there is no guarantee. The Dodgers have been linked to but the asking price may be too high for Andrew Friedman to stomach. could be a good choice. He has a 2.95 ERA and averages nearly 6 innings at a start, which is something the Dodgers would covet. Moreover, he has a winning record in the playoffs and has shown he can pitch deep into games in the postseason. Tanner Scott (RP) seems to be on everyone's wish list. It's not hard to see why. He has a miniscule 1.18 ERA with 18 saves with 53 strikeouts in 45.2 innings. The Marlins are reportedly asking for an arm and a leg. and the Dodgers have Brusdar Gaterol currently on a rehab assignment, which means they are unlikely to part with either. However, Evan Philips has struggled recently, so it is not beyond the realm of possibility. Predicting The Future Andrew Friedman will most likely make a splash on Tuesday. How big of one is anyone's guess? He has shown that he is hesitant to overpay for any player and usually waits until the last minute to make a deal. The Dodger fanbase doesn't always appreciate Friedman's style, but now, they have less than 72 hours to wait. Main Photo Credits: Jim Rassol-USA TODAY Sports The post appeared first on .

6/01/24 Freddie Freeman, Dodgers beat Rockies. The Dodgers' bats woke up in a nice way on Saturday after taking a snooze for most of the opener against the Colorado Rockies one night earlier. Freeman had two hits with a triple, Andy Pages had three hits and scored twice, and the Dodgers bounced back with a 4-1 win on Saturday. Manager Dave Roberts had noted before the game how the offense had been one of the best in baseball even with Freeman not producing at his usual pace and the bottom of the lineup often struggling. After falling behind 1-0 in the top of the second, Teoscar Hernández scored from first on throwing errors by Elehuris Montero and Sean Bouchard to tie the game, and Jason Heyward's RBI double to the wall in right center put the Dodgers up 2-1.

6/01/24 Dodgers News: Andy Pages Identifying Areas Of Improvement. In his first 16 games, the outfielder was hitting .338/.357/.600 and was the spark that ignited Dodgers' 14-2 stretch in parts of April and May. Fast forward to now, and Pages has hit .175/.175/.246 in his last 15 games. The slight drop-off in production has coincided with the Dodgers' fall from the heights it had just reached. Entering this season, Pages was still an unknown as he was recovering from shoulder surgery that ended his 2023 season prematurely.

5/30/24 Pitchers have adjusted to Dodgers’ Andy Pages, so it’s his turn to counter. The 23-year-old outfielder found success in his first 16 major-league games, but opponents have taken advantage of his free-swinging ways to remind him it’s not that easy.

5/22/24 Dodgers' Dave Roberts calls bullpen the most pleasant surprise so far. Andy Pages has burst onto the scene, Yoshinobu Yamamoto has handled his transition to MLB well and the defense has been far better than advertised, even with the infrequent stumble. “I guess probably the roles in the bullpen,” Roberts said. Evan Phillips (hamstring), Brusdar Graterol (shoulder), Joe Kelly (shoulder) and Ryan Braiser (calf) all are on the injured list.
