The Texans released running back Gerrid Doaks as they officially signed seven draft selections and six undrafted rookies in advance of their rookie minicamp. Doaks is a former Miami Dolphins seventh-round draft pick from Cincinnati. Doaks (5-foot-11 228 pounds) spent the past two seasons with the Texans on their practice squad before signing a reserve-future deal in January.
