As per Sportsnet's Arden Zwelling, pitcher Nick Sandlin is dealing with elbow discomfort after a recent setback and is still being assessed by team officials. Zwelling also shared an update on reliever Yimi Garcia, who is seeing a specialist for an ongoing elbow issue in his ulnar nerve. Lastly, Zwelling had some news on Anthony Santander, who is hitting off high-velocity pitch machines in Toronto while also scheduled to field fly balls pregame on Monday, but is still sidelined.
