| 8/21/25 | Texas Rangers add bullpen reinforcement by activating Jacob Webb from IL. A day after the Rangers bullpen did heavy lifting in a come-from-behind win, they got some reinforcement. Right-hander Jacob Webb, who had missed the last three weeks with back spasms, was activated from the 15-day IL on Thursday. Boushley allowed a three-run homer three batters into the game, but steadied himself to get through a second trip through the Kansas City lineup without allowing a run. The bullpen trio of Jake Latz, Shawn Armstrong and Hoby Milner combined to pitch six shutout innings behind him in the Rangers' 6-3 win.
