Yankees manager Aaron Boone revealed on Sunday morning that Goldschmidt recently had more tests done on his knee, an injury that traces back to a fall he had at first base while making a catch in foul territory midway through August. At that point, Goldschmidt was diagnosed with a low-grade right knee sprain.
