8/16/25 Dominic Canzone Continues to Excel in Surprising Way For Seattle Mariners. Time and time again since being recalled in June, Dominic Canzone has come up big against left-handed pitching for the Seattle Mariners. On Friday, it was a single off reliever Brooks Raley in the top of the seventh inning that broke a 6-6 tie and gave the Mariners a 7-6 lead. This came after Canzone hit a sacrifice fly to tie the game in the top of the ninth inning against the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday, a game the Mariners lost 4-3. Canzone's success against left-handed pitching is surprising, given that we've never seen it at the big-league level.

7/01/25 Seattle Mariners Outfielder Dominic Canzone Finding Success With Refined Approach. As of Tuesday, Canzone has scored nine runs in 20 games and has hit two doubles and five home runs to go with eight RBIs. Excluding his two games in his first stint with the major league club on April 8 & 9, where he went 0-for-3, Canzone is hitting .288 (17-for-59). It's the best stretch of Canzone's major league career and the best he's looked since the Mariners acquired him in a trade with the Arizona Diamondbacks on July 31, 2023.

5/23/25 Former Seattle Mariners' Trade Acquisition is Raking at Triple-A, So Why Can't He Be Promoted?. Former Seattle Mariners' trade acquisition Dominic Canzone has put togther an excellent stretch at Triple-A Tacoma. After all, Donovan Solano is hitting just .138 and Miles Mastrobuoni is hitting just .207. Canzone could, in theory, provide some more offensive punch and the team could maneuver the roster around without losing much in the way of depth. The answer to that question might lie here, thanks to @MarinersSUR, who posted a screenshot of Canzone's Baseball Savant page in Triple-A.
