The Dodgers replaced Vesia on the roster by activating left-hander Blake Snell from the paternity list. Snell was away from the club for three days but did not miss a start. Vesia leads the Dodgers with 22 holds, but he has struggled over the past three weeks. In 53 appearances through Aug. 5, he was 2-0 with four saves and a 2.33 ERA.
